EFT-CC, EFT-ADV

EFT Practitioner and

Personal Performance Coach

I am an EFT Practitioner and Personal Performance Coach located in the Ottawa area. Over the years I have been interested in finding ways to overcome life’s obstacles and pave the way to reach our full potential on our life journey.

I have been blessed with the ability to attract people in need. From early in life, complete strangers would approach me in malls, offices and other public places and tell me the very intimate details of their life crises.

I have been involved at various levels with a number of groups and organizations including helping with special needs children in the school system, working with adults and children through Scouts Canada and working with seniors in the church and community.

I studied psychology at the University of Waterloo, spent 12 years working in a pastoral environment, received a Pastoral Care Certificate and served as a Grief Counselor.

My personal experience has given me knowledge and understanding of the trials and stress that accompany physical disabilities, learning disabilities, dyslexia, divorce, single parenting, step-parenting, living with cancer, early/unexpected death of relatives, and extreme longevity of family members.

While by necessity, I have maintained a career in administration, the general direction of my life has been in outreach, community service and personal development. Most recently I have discovered EFT and its amazing results. I have studied EFT and learned to apply it both personally and to help others with a wide variety of concerns, problems, physical ailments and personal performance issues.

EFT is such an important tool that I have made it my full time career. I believe that EFT is one of the most effective, efficient methods of tackling what life brings your way. EFT is easy to use and easy to learn and “will often work where nothing else will”.
